1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Blossom Bloom Fragrances website (https://blossombloom.co.za/), making purchases online, or conducting business at our physical location in Shelly Centre Mall, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or purchase our products.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Blossom Bloom Fragrances, a sole proprietorship operating in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
  • “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products
  • “Products” refers to all fragrance oils, perfumes, and related items sold by the Company
  • “Website” refers to https://blossombloom.co.za/ and all associated pages and services

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

3.1 All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information purposes and may be subject to change without notice.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Product availability is subject to stock levels and may vary between online and in-store purchases.

3.4 Important Disclaimer: Our products are inspired fragrances created independently by Blossom Bloom Fragrances. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer fragrance brands. Full details are outlined in our separate Disclaimer page, which forms part of these Terms.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 All prices displayed on our website and in-store are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

4.3 Payment is processed securely through PayFast and may include:

  • Instant EFT
  • Credit or debit card payments
  • Mobi Credit
  • PayFlex payment options
  • Any other payment methods made available through PayFast

4.4 Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.

4.5 The Company does not offer payment plans or credit terms beyond those available through PayFast payment methods.

5. ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

5.1 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

5.2 Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

5.3 Acceptance occurs when the Company dispatches your order or makes products available for collection.

5.4 The Company may cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

6.1 Delivery is available throughout South Africa only via:

  • PUDO locker-to-locker service
  • The Courier Guy door-to-door delivery

6.2 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

6.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by courier services and are not guaranteed by the Company.

6.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address or collection point.

6.5 The Company is responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, except in cases where the customer is returning products, in which case the customer bears full responsibility for safe transit.

6.6 Free shipping applies to orders over R600 as specified on our website.

7. OWNERSHIP AND TITLE

7.1 Title to products passes to the customer only upon successful delivery to the designated delivery address or collection point.

7.2 Products remain the property of the Company until delivery is completed.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1 Returns are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8.2 Only unopened products in original packaging may be returned.

8.3 Customers bear full responsibility and liability for products during the return process.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 The Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.

9.2 The Company is not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage (except where prohibited by law)
  • Delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control
  • Customer allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to products

9.3 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific product(s) involved.

10. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

10.1 Products are sold “as is” without express or implied warranties beyond those required by South African consumer protection law.

10.2 The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Scent longevity or performance on individual customers
  • Similarity to any designer or branded fragrances
  • Suitability for customers with allergies or sensitivities

10.3 Customers are advised to review ingredient lists and perform patch tests before use.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 All website content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Blossom Bloom Fragrances or used with permission.

11.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11.3 Our product formulations are proprietary and confidential.

12. PRIVACY

12.1 Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12.2 By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

13. PROHIBITED USES

13.1 Customers may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
